You can only cancel your order BEFORE 24HR  that you ordered them. You cannot cancel your order if it has already been more than 24hr or has already been made, and if you don't reply back/ pick them up ,You will be banned from purchasing nails from Lilicutenails. 

We have NO RETURN  or EXCHANGE policy, which means that all sales are final.
